While it’s amusing to be accompanied by numerous people and share experiences, Concomitantly,we have abundant benefits from sitting in solitude.
The foremost thing we have to do during this time is give a deep thought to our existence. We should think about: where did we actually come from? Who has created us? What are we supposed to do? What is our final destination?

In a nutshell, we need to acquire “Maurifat e illahi” ,which means we have to find our Lord in ourselves, and finally, we should come up with beautiful words:

“ᴍᴜᴊʜ ᴋᴏ ᴍᴜᴊʜ ᴍᴀɪɴ ᴊᴀɢᴀʜ ɴᴀʜɪ ᴍɪʟᴛɪ
ᴛᴜ ɪꜱꜱ qᴀᴅᴀʀ ᴍᴀᴜᴊᴏᴏᴅ ʜᴀɪ ᴍᴜᴊʜ ᴍᴀɪɴ.”

Then it’s important to utilize this time by thinking about our emotions, intuitions, intuitions mystical feelings, problems, and all of our other experiences. The time that we spend alone provides us with an opportunity to emerge with our own perspectives, ideas, and what we think and feel about the relationships and day-to-day happenings.

Before talking about the many other benefits of being alone, let’s talk about what the word “alone” basically means. The word “alone” means that we physically have to be ourselves only without any interference by any other person or any other thing. We must say “y.”
The real benefit of being alone is when we are physically and technologically detached. It gives us an immense sense of thinking about ourselves. It gives us a proper understanding of who we are. The more we know and understand ourselves, the more likely it is that we’ll be able to do things that we love. When we know and love ourselves, others are more inclined to love us too!

Being alone makes us aware of our faults and flaws. We get a proper chance to judge ourselves in a far better wayproper chance to judge ourselves in a far better way than other people do.

“ʟᴏɴᴇʟɪɴᴇꜱꜱ ɪꜱ ꜱᴏᴍᴇᴛɪᴍᴇꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ʙᴇꜱᴛ ᴄᴏᴍᴩᴀɴy , ᴀɴᴅ ᴀ ꜱʜᴏʀᴛ ʀᴇᴛɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛ ʙʀɪɴɢꜱ ᴀ ꜱᴡᴇᴇᴛ ʀᴇᴛᴜʀɴ.” ~ᴊᴏʜɴ ᴍɪʟᴛᴏɴ

Lastly, I’ll mention here a beautiful line from an urdu novel, “Jannat kay pattay,” by a Pakistani female novelist, Nimra Ahmed:

“انسان آزاد تب ہی ہوتا ہے ,جب وہ تنہا ہوتا ہے”
“ɪɴꜱᴀᴀɴ ᴀᴢᴀᴀᴅ ᴛᴀʙ ʜᴇ ʜᴏᴛᴀ ʜᴀɪ ,ᴊᴀʙ ᴡᴏʜ ᴛᴀɴʜᴀ ʜᴏᴛᴀ ʜᴀɪ.”
